כגון חומץ שנפל לגריסין רבי יסא בשם רבי יוחנן דרבי מאיר הוא דתנינן תמן וכן שעורים שנפלו בתוך הבור של מים אע"פ שהבאישו מימיו מימיו מותר. והדא מתני' רבי מאיר אומר במחלוקת רבי יוחנן ורבי שמעון בן לקיש דברי הכל. רבי יוסי בי רבי בון אמר שמועתה כן על דעתיה דר' מאיר במחלוקת על דעתיה דרבי יוחנן ורבי שמעון בן לקיש דברי הכל:

נכרי שהיה מעביר עם ישראל כדי יין ממקום למקום אם היה בחזקת משתמר מותר ואם מודיעו שהוא מפליג כדי שישתום ויסתום וינגוב רבן שמעון בן גמליאל אומר כדי שיפתח ויגוף ותיגב:
Rabbi Nechonia son of the Kanah would pray a short prayer upon his entering the Beit Midrash and upon his leaving it (They) said to him, what is the nature of this prayer? He said to them upon my enterance I pray that an error should not occur due to me and upon my leaving I give thanks for my share:
אמר רבי שמואל מעשה בנכרי אחד שהיה מעביר עם ישראל כדי יין ממקום למקום אתא עובדא קומי רבי אבהו ואסר אמרי בפתוחות הוד עובדא אמר רבי זריקן לא סוף דבר מליאות אלא אפילו חסירות דטרף ונגע בידא וחזר.
Upon entering what does he say?
